Premier Service Plan/PSP is the premium service package offered and can be custom tailored to your needs. The PSP is Bi-weekly service plan for all eLock® units. It encompasses all of the plans combined on a twice a month basis. Your account Assigned Sales Representative from American River Medical will service your account every other week and upload current user/lock database while downloading temperature/user access audit trail database. These Audit Trails are completely confidential and will be delivered in a secure manner only to designated Hospital personnel. Hospital receives bi-weekly updated reports. This is the best plan to completely service your eLock® Products, as well as maintain the highest level of accountability and continuity of care. The PSP is priced according to depth and scope of account needs. Please ask for a quote for your new or existing account.
Deluxe Service Plan/DSP is a complete product/software support plan. This is an annual service plan based on monthly in-service support. Account Assigned Sales Representative will receive, translate, and download all updated user/lock/operator databases to each individual eLock® unit. Representative of American River Medical will connect via laptop to all refrigerator or cabinet eLock® units and retrieve the latest ambient temperature recordings and/or 1500 user access attempt audit trails. These Audit Trails are completely confidential and will be delivered in a secure manner only to designated Hospital personnel. The DSP is priced according to depth and scope of account needs. Basic Service Plan/BSP includes everything included in the Standard Service Plan PLUS: 1 additional in person Quality Check for a total of 2 within 12 months of purchase. Each Quality Check includes an in person check of all eLock® units (integrity of unit, battery housing, wire-harness, proper installation, and total overall function ability) by an employee or representative of American River Medical. A 4 hour In-Service software training for administrator/operator/user or groups thereof at hospital. This time may also be utilized in assisting with the assigning of HID cards, working with temperature monitoring and audit trails, programming users, and uploading the database to the locks themselves. Your Account will have an Assigned Sales Representative of American River Medical for direct customer support. BSP is available with quantity purchase of 50 or more eLock® units for an additional $39/unit at time of qualified purchase.
Standard Service Plan/SSP is INCLUDED IN THE SALE for all of our eLock® products with a one time quantity purchase of 25 or more eLock® units and Lockview® software. The SSP includes: A one time in person Quality Check of all eLock® units within 12 months of purchase (integrity of unit, battery housing, wire-harness, installation, and total overall function ability) by an employee or representative of American River Medical. A 2 hour In-Service software training for one administrator/operator/user at the hospital.
Each Service Plan is based on an Annual Time frame of 1 year. Each service plan will automatically renew at the end of the 12 month period for the following 12 months unless American River Medical receives cancellation in writing. All fee- based service plans not shown with price will be custom tailored according to depth and scope of each account. (I.e. number of eLock® units, number of users, frequency of desired updating of database, etc.). *All terms and conditions are deemed reliable but subject to change by American River Medical at anytime.
